Job Summary
Advanced Transmission Center and the broader Relay Hill Auto Group are excited to add a Service Manager to the team at our Westminster location. These shops are family owned and the organization is a rapidly growing automotive repair enterprise with shops throughout the Denver metro area.
Compensation for the Service Manager role at Advanced Transmission Center is based on shop performance with a base plus commission. A motivated, capable and proactive manager should earn over ~$95K annually with potential to earn significantly more. Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), PTO (sick & vacation), holiday pay, and retirement benefits are available. Shop hours are M-F 8am-5:30pm. The shops are closed on the weekend.
Ideal candidates must possess (i) exceptional customer service skills, (ii) advanced automotive knowledge, and (iii) a desire to operate in a collaborative team environment. The growth of the organization means high performing employees will have promotion opportunities.

Service Manager responsibilities include:
- scheduling vehicle diagnostics and repair,
- ordering parts,
- supervising mechanics,
- customer follow-up,
- building wholesale and fleet relationships,
- overseeing overall shop operations, and
- candidate must possess advanced computer skills.
**Required: a track record of commitment and tenure in prior roles. "Job hoppers" are immediately disqualified for this role.**
-Experience in automotive repair is required.
-Transmission expertise is a *PLUS* but not necessary.
-Management experience is required!
