Job Summary
Anglers Choice Marine is seeking an assertive and self-motivated service writer to join our team. Qualified candidate must have some dealership or parts experience and basic automotive or marine technical knowledge. Candidate must be able to multitask and have strong customer relationship skills. However, we will provide training and mentorship for at least one month. Job Duties include and not limited to:
- Maintain service schedule/calendar
- Preparing work orders for service tech. This includes opening new RO's, maintaining existing ones, and closing completed ones.
- Processing warranty authorizations. This includes gathering information needed to file claims with multiple manufactures, taking pictures, getting notes from techs, etc.
- Communicating details to service techs, customers, manufactures, and management to ensure customer, company, and manufacturer needs are met. Documentation and notes are required to keep our entire team on the same page.
- Develop quotes and estimates for labor and parts
- Answer customer inquiries by email and by text
The individual must interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner and have a productive working relationship and possess good computer skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
