Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for automotive services, such as oil changes, auto body repairs, and alignments
- Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates and explanations of services to customers
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with service management software is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling additional services
