Circle C Repair Shop, located at Exit 68 off I-95 in Walterboro, South Carolina, is urgently seeking a Service Writer to join our team. We are a family-owned and operated business with a strong reputation for high customer service and quality repairs for over-the-road tractor trailers.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to handle writing and following through on service orders, communicate effectively with customers and employees, coordinate with technicians, dispatch technicians, and perform financial transactions to complete service orders in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and manage service orders from start to completion• Communicate professionally with customers and team members• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for repairs and services• Handle financial transactions and complete service order processing• Provide exceptional customer service to fleet operators and owner-operators• Effectively multitask in a high-volume repair facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma required• Strong communication and customer service skills essential• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment• Understanding of heavy truck terminology and common repairs is a major plus• Previous trucking/automotive experience preferred but not required• Willingness to learn our software systems• Professional attitude and appearance
