Job Duties
* Implement and configure the CPIC and TBM modules * Build and maintain prioritization models, approval chains, and intake pipelines using Flow Designer.
* Develop scoped apps, script includes, client scripts, and UI policies to automate demand-to-project workflows and enforce business rules.
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
* Lead stakeholder workshops each sprint to map processes, demo solutions, and gather feedback.
* Diagnose and resolve issues in automated flows and custom code; perform regression testing.
* Monitor system performance and apply optimizations-indexing, caching strategies, or script improvements-to reduce load times.
* Own multiple user stories per sprint: define acceptance criteria, estimate effort, and demo completed work.
* Collaborate with the business to define and optimize the intake process for ideas and demands into ServiceNow applications.
* Actively participate in backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, while also developing and implementing fixes.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications and Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Public Trust or higher clearance
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer using TBM and CPIC
- Strong proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- Extremely well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for professional development within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4
