Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with guest relations, providing recommendations based on culinary experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.48 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
