Job Description
941 Sports Cards, a growing sports card retail and live streaming business in Bradenton, is seeking a dedicated Shipper/Store Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations and timely, accurate shipping of sports card orders to our customers. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for sports cards, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship sports card orders, ensuring products are securely packaged and delivered on time.
- Inventory Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, including receiving shipments and updating stock records.
- Store Operations: Support daily store activities, such as assisting customers, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized retail space.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries about orders and provide excellent service in-person and online.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the live streaming team to ensure seamless integration of online and in-store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or shipping experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory and shipping tasks.
- Familiarity with sports cards or collectibles is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends.

Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $13–$15/hour, based on experience.
