We’re hiring a self-motivated Shipping Member to join our Casting Operations team. If you're mechanically inclined, hands-on, and committed to safety and quality — we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Mon-Sat from 6:00AM-3:00PM (Varies based on production)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory of finished goods and raw materials
- Fulfill material requests (e.g., ingots, raw materials)
- Load outbound shipments and unload incoming supplies
- Process shipping paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth equipment movement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support quality checks and document control as needed
- Report equipment or facility issues promptly
Requirements:
- Forklift operation experience
- Able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills; willing to learn internal systems
- Strong team player with attention to detail
