Summary
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Shipwreck . This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in our retail store, contributing to our mission of creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support their shopping needs.
- Assist customers with product selection and upsell additional items to enhance their experience.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus but not required.
