What will you do?
- Maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, auditing records as needed
- Assist with the DMV Pull Notice program and support site safety initiatives by being an active member of the Safety Committee
- Act as the first point of contact for routine human resource inquiries and collect appropriate information and statements related to workplace injuries, employee concerns, and other issues
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for team members, and support recognition programs
- Administer mileage reimbursement, housing fees, wage garnishments, and other deductions, and distribute paychecks
More about you
- High school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have a valid California driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior office experience preferred
