Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer loaders to perform various tasks on construction sites. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Duties:
- Operate skid steers and excavators efficiently and safely on sites
- Use different attachments to complete specific job requirements like but not limited to breaking concrete, carrying and placing large items, loading trucks with materials, spreading and grading various materials and soils Etc..
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning- this includes checking fluids, fueling equipment and greasing equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in operating skid steers and excavators (1-30 ton)
- Experience with dump truck operations, backfilling, grading and excavation work
- Knowledge of commercial and residential work sites
- Experience reading grade plans, grade stakes and elevations to complete day to day work as needed on sites
- Ability to build, excavate, grade and shape materials on sites to meet site plans, drawings, specs and overall requirements
Assets:
- Abilities and experience operating other heavy equipment like dozers, compactors and graders, but this is not a requirement
- CDL Commercial Drivers License, but this is not a requirement
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of [3-5] years of experience as a Skid Steer & Excavator Operator
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
