Construction Design Company is hiring a Skilled Commercial Construction Professional to join our growing team. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in structural metal stud framing, drywall hanging and finishing, and acoustic ceiling systems. Our projects include both interior and exterior commercial construction, so a well-rounded skillset and strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural metal stud framing for commercial buildings
- Hang and finish drywall to commercial standards
- Install acoustic ceiling systems
- Assist with both interior and exterior construction tasks
- Interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient job site
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Solid experience in commercial construction
- Skilled in structural framing, drywall, and ceiling installation
- Familiarity with both interior and exterior build-out techniques
- Commitment to quality, safety, and reliability
- Must have dependable transportation and tools
