What You’ll Do
- Execute hands-on construction tasks with precision and accountability
- Interpret and follow job scopes without constant oversight
- Take ownership of daily results and job site conditions
- Collaborate with team members while maintaining focus on your own responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with the Project Manager regarding progress, issues, and needs
- Model job site cleanliness, safety, and work ethic for others around you
What You Bring
- High skill level in at least one or more trades (e.g., framing, drywall, trim, etc.)
- Dependable, punctual, and respectful of timelines
- Able to work independently while supporting a team
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
