As a Team Member at Smoothie King, you will be an essential part of our mission to provide exceptional service and quality products. Located in a vibrant café environment, this role allows you to engage with customers while preparing delicious smoothies that promote a healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve smoothies and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area, including equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Qualifications
- Experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Basic cash handling experience is beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
