We are currently hiring a Social Media Content Writer & Designer to support our Account Managers and help us deliver engaging copy and compelling visuals across a wide variety of industries and platforms.

Position Details:
- Position Type: Contractor (Full-Time Preferred, Part-Time Considered)

Role Overview:
As a Social Media Content Writer & Designer Contractor, you will create both the words and the visuals for client social media content. This includes writing brand-aligned copy and producing graphics, video assets, reel covers, and short-form/long-form video content.
You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and our internal team to ensure all deliverables are on-brand, engaging, and aligned with each client’s goals. This role is behind the scenes with no client facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high quality, brand-aligned social media copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Design static graphics, video posts, reels, and short-form/long-form video content.
- Adapt voice, tone, and visuals to match each client’s unique brand identity.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and team members to align copy with visuals and strategy.
- Consistently deliver content on deadline while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Apply feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
- Support a portfolio of clients across diverse industries.
Typical Volume: On average, ~5 posts per week per social channel (number of channels varies per client).
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong portfolio showcasing both copywriting and design work for social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- Familiarity with short-form video creation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platform best practices.
- Proven ability to adapt style, tone, and design for different brands and industries.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Reliable availability to meet deadlines.
- Agency or freelance experience preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Range: $25–$35/hour depending on experience
