As the Softscape Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the installation and maintenance of softscape elements, including trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and soil preparation, in accordance with design specifications and project timelines. This role requires hands-on horticultural knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety.
You will supervise a crew, coordinate with design build superintendents, project managers, and clients, and ensure that all plant materials are installed with proper techniques and thrive in their intended environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about landscape work, attentive to detail, and skilled at managing people and projects in the field.
While this position is primarily seasonal, work opportunities are also available during the winter months.
