Compensation: $85,000 Annualy
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Software Developer/Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients and users. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement software solutions based on client needs and technical specifications.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
- Document processes, designs, and application functionality for future reference.
Accountable For:
- Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Spring (depending on the role).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in software language and development (C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Must HAVE a Secret Clearance
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background check prior to hire.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with mobile development for iOS or Android platforms.
- Ability to develop APIs or work with RESTful services.
Working Conditions:
- This position primary performed in an office setting using standard office equipment (desk, computer, phone, printer, coper, etc.). Work may require occasional weekends work.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Physical Requirements:
- This role is largely sedentary and will be working at a desk and computer for long periods of time.
