Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Consultant to join our dynamic team, providing our GateHouse Visitor & Resident Management software solutions. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive business development initiatives, generate leads, and foster relationships with a variety of clients to included Gate Communities, Property Managers, Security Guard companies, and build a reseller channel. Your primary focus will be on demonstrating our software solutions, understanding client needs, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase software capabilities and benefits to potential clients.
- Engage in lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on territory sales plans and direct sales initiatives.
- Utilize company program for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position our software solutions effectively.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that highlight product features and advantages.
- Provide insights on customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and territory management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with similar CRM tools for managing client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in conducting product demos and engaging clients in a consultative selling approach is highly desirable.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
