Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate fixture installation and low voltage work.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various building tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards throughout all projects.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation, including forklifts and other machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical work or related fields, preferably as a commercial electrician.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints is essential.
- Familiarity with NEC regulations and standards for electrical installations.
- Strong skills in using hand tools for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
