PURPOSE
The Spa Esthetician at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel provides professional skincare and wellness treatments in a serene and elevated environment. This role is essential in delivering a personalized, rejuvenating experience to each guest and reflects the resort’s commitment to four-star service excellence. The Esthetician ensures guest satisfaction through exceptional technique, knowledgeable consultation, and adherence to high sanitation and presentation standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
· Treatments: Deliver a variety of professional skincare services including customized facials, exfoliation treatments, peels, and waxing. Ensure all treatments are tailored to each guest’s skin type, condition, and personal preferences to achieve the best possible results.
· Consultations: Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess skin health, identify contraindications, and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Provide professional guidance on skincare routines and homecare products to support long-term results.
· Sanitation: Consistently uphold all sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with state regulations and spa protocols. Disinfect and restock all tools, equipment, and treatment areas to ensure a safe and pristine environment for each guest.
· Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow estheticians, massage therapists, and Spa & Wellness Concierge to create a seamless guest experience. Support daily spa operations by assisting with tasks such as laundry, treatment room setup, and maintaining common areas.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of all skincare lines and professional products used within the spa. Actively educate guests on product benefits and make personalized retail recommendations to enhance their results.
· Guest Service: Provide each guest with a warm, professional, and attentive experience that reflects Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel’s commitment to four-star service. Respond promptly to guest needs, preferences, or concerns to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
· Records: Accurately document all guest services, preferences, and relevant notes to support personalized experiences in future appointments. Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of all guest records in accordance with spa and regulatory standards.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Two (2) years of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
- Hold and maintain a current Washington State Esthetician license.
- Demonstrated knowledge of professional skincare practices, treatment modalities, and sanitation standards.

- Teamwork: Willingness to support overall spa operations, work collaboratively with peers, and respond to shifting needs in schedule or guest volume.
- Time Management: Strong ability to manage treatment durations and transitions smoothly while staying punctual and focused.
PREFERRED
Education and Experience:
· Forbes or AAA Diamond Service Standards experience
· Familiarity with advanced skincare modalities such as LED therapy, HydraFacial systems or microdermabrasion.
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
