Responsibilities
- Ensure guests have an amazing experience from check in to check out
- Encourage guest feedback and problem solve complaints in a professional and timely matter
- Arrive to work each day with a positive and energetic attitude
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Meet membership sales goals
- Maintain spa cleanliness
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Assist new guests in the completion of paperwork
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be capable of working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must possess problem-solving and organizational/planning skills
- Have a strong knowledge of operational practices
- Must be willing to provide excellent customer service
- Must have knowledge of spa treatments
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be an effective communicator
- Must be able to train and motivate incoming team members
- Must be a strong team player
- Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
