BCS Allegient is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support a federal client.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in development and execution of approved acquisition strategies.
- Prepare documentation for competitive and non-competitive procurements.
- Assist in preparation of task orders, modifications, solicitations, and amendments.
- Develop evaluation criteria, track pre-award milestones, source selection plans, and award fee plans.
- Draft briefings, correspondence, and legal documents.
- Enter and update contract documentation in writing systems/databases.
- Assist in contract closeout activities.
- Coordinate with DFAS or other paying activities for voucher payments and fund obligations.
- Draft agency reports and legal correspondence for protest actions or claims.
- Access and analyze data in databases per local guidance.
- Support FOIA, IG/GAO, and Congressional inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- 6 years of contracting experience.
- DAWIA Contracting Professional or FAC-C Professional or equivalent.
- Experience must include at least 2 years at base level support; purchasing commercial supplies and services and minor construction.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
