We’re currently looking for a Specialized Cleaning Technician who has excellent hands-on cleaning skills to join our Specialized Cleaning Division.

Responsibilities
Employees perform specialized and manual cleaning tasks in apartment buildings, condominium associations, commercial, and residential job sites. This role requires the employee to utilize his/her specialized skills to deliver the best results to our customers in accordance with company procedures and methods. Some of the job duties as below:
- Ensures all work is performed in compliance with customer agreements and company standards.
- Operates medium weight equipment such as pressure washers, extractors, buffers and auto-scrubbers.
- Sweeps, scrubs, mops, strips, and applies sealers and finishes to floors.
- Performs carpet and upholstery cleaning.
- Drives the company vehicles responsibly.
- Maintains all company vehicles in first-class condition at all times.
- Performs basic and various other types of specialized cleaning duties including but not limited to construction cleaning, preoccupancy cleaning, tile and grout cleaning/restoration, graffiti removal and garage cleaning.
- Ensures Cal OSHA standards are maintained on all jobs, including the use of all appropriate personal protective equipment.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in specialized cleaning (should include inspections, quality control, training, safety management, and working with managers and customers).
- IICRC Certified preferred.
- Ability to work with and around people in a positive and cooperative manner.
- Willing and able to work flexible hours.
- Experience driving a commercial vehicle in San Francisco.
- Valid CA Driver’s license, clean driving record, and cell phone required.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
