Description
SPEECHCOM, INC is seeking an in-person, full-time, Wisconsin-Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to serve the Kenosha Unified School District for the upcoming 25/26 school year.
Rate of Pay: $42.00-$52.00 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
Hours: Maximum 40 Hour Work Week; 7.5 billable hours per day
- Anticipated start date of August 18, 2025 - New Educator Orientation
- Anticipated end date of June 12, 2026

- Caseload of 40-45 Students
- Kinder through 8th grade
- 2-3 Work Sites (Mileage Reimbursement Between Sites Provided)
- Collaborating with an SLP at 2 of the 3 sites

Skill communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty members, and parents so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities, developing tailored therapy plans to address individual needs.
- Provide direct speech therapy services in a school setting, focusing on pediatric populations.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements.
Education and Experience:
Master's degree in speech pathology required.
WI state-issued license as a speech pathologist required.
