Summary
We are seeking a Pathology Assistant to join our team at Little Champs Therapy & Yoga. In this role, you will support our therapists in delivering exceptional care to children with special needs. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of providing personalized and effective therapies.
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans for children with special needs.
- Conduct assessments and document patient progress accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to pediatric care.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
