Cancelled Breaks is a dynamic and fast-growing start-up company specializing in live-streamed sports card breaking and collectibles entertainment. We pride ourselves on creating an engaging, community-driven experience for our viewers and customers. We're looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as live streamers to help take our streams to the next level!
Paid Training (No Experience Required)
At Cancelled Breaks, we provide comprehensive training to ensure our streamers are set up for success. Training includes:
- Live Streaming Basics: Guidance on using streaming platform including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth training on sports cards and the industry to help you confidently engage with the audience and sell products.
- Customer Engagement: Techniques to interact with viewers, build community relationships, and handle common customer questions or concerns.
- Sales Strategies: Tips and techniques for promoting products, upselling, and increasing overall sales during streams.
- Company Policies: Overview of Cancelled Breaks' brand values, guidelines, and expectations for professionalism and consistency.

Responsibilities
- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create a fun, interactive atmosphere.
- Maintain a consistent streaming schedule and meet production goals.
- Multi-tasking & monitoring chat and communicate effectively with the audience to build relationships and a loyal community.
- Effectively promote products and sell products during live streams, upsell items, and drive customer engagement to increase sales.
- Host live streams showcasing sports card breaks and collectibles. (No face cam; the customers only see your hands.)
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Cancelled Breaks brand professionally.
- Help with shipping tasks, including packaging and labeling orders for customers.
- Assist with card sorting and organization after the live streams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic tech skills, including familiarity with streaming platforms such as Google Drive.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a passion for engaging with others.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
