What You'll Do:
- Be the welcoming face of our practice: Greet patients warmly, check them in efficiently, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage appointments: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with precision and excellent communication.
- Handle patient inquiries: Answer phones, respond to emails, and address patient questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain patient records: Accurately input and update patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate with clinical staff: Work closely with our doctors and medical assistants to ensure a seamless patient flow.
- Travel as needed: This role requires occasional travel to our other offices for coverage or training.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual Fluency (Spanish/English): You must be fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or reception role is preferred.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You're a clear, concise, and empathetic communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
