Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team for WEEKEND deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
We are servicing a Walmart supercenter in Anaheim California to be their last mile delivery solution. Job would entail helping store team load cargo into sprinter van, accurate deliveries, and driving safely through varies street types.
This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic laws. The Van Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Duties
- Operate a mercedes sprinter van to transport goods to various locations.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
- Assist in walmart employees with loading of material and confirming your load using App provided on phone.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Skills
- Experience driving larger vehicles in small areas to safely park vehicles while dropping packages.
- Knowledge using google maps to find alternate routes when maps sending you to a side location.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of reading roadway signs.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
