Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN/MA to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, demonstrating expertise in nursing practices and a commitment to patient advocacy. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. We are small yet busy family practice. This practice has one provider who provides care for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics and everything in between.
Duties
- Effective communication skills when comunicating with both fellow staff and patients.
- Obtaining vital signs both manually and using machine.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. This can include immunizations for infants, injectable for adults and breathing treatments ect.
- Perform venipunctures effectively to obtain labwork as ordered.
- Provide adequate and effective care for all patients ensuring their specific needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a effective manner to ensure all patient needs are met in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes.
- Ordering/Obtaining authorizations needed for medications, Imaging and DME as ordered.
- Effective documentation in an EHR system and Paper Charts. (Currently utalizing paper charts but converting to EHR this month.)
Experience
- Valid RN/LPN license (Or MA Certification for the right candidate)
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in areas involving pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Proficiency in performing tasks as ordered by physician.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
