Position: Full-Time Staffing Scheduler / Resident Assistant

Rate of Pay $ 22+/ Based on Experience
💼 What You’ll Do:- Help residents with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Assist during mealtimes and encourage healthy eating
- Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly
- Support activities and social engagement
- Communicate with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain schedules, organize training, and support the Director of Health Services
- Order supplies, manage files, and help with audits and meetings
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- A caring attitude and willingness to help in emergencies
