About the Role:
We’re hiring a Sterilization Assistant who plays a vital role in both clinical flow and patient care. You’ll help keep treatment areas clean and organized while also interacting with patients to ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced position—and a great stepping stone if you're interested in growing into a future clinical or orthodontic assistant role.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection control protocols
- Organizing and stocking clinical areas
- Assisting with room turnover and treatment setup
- Interacting with patients and helping to create a warm, friendly experience
- Supporting the clinical team to keep our day running efficiently
- Jumping in wherever needed with a great attitude
