Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are stocked efficiently and organized within our retail environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to perform heavy lifting, as well as familiarity with inventory management processes. A successful Stocker will contribute to a positive shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked shelves and assisting with inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Utilize an RF scanner to track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Assist in the organization of backroom inventory and maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to move products from storage to sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Support cash register operations during peak hours when needed.
- Apply retail math skills to assist in inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and cash register operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices is advantageous.
- Experience with produce handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.

Pay: $21.92 - $26.40 per hour
