Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are stocked, organized, and readily available for customers. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall efficiency of our retail operations and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are organized and displayed according to company standards.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks to load and unload products safely.
- Perform regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and assist in managing inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate restocking efforts and address any product shortages.
- Assist in the packaging of products for display or shipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support retail sales efforts by ensuring that high-demand items are readily available for customers.
- Operate cash registers when required, providing excellent customer service during transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a stocking or warehouse role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and assist customers when necessary.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and organization of products.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the retail environment.

Pay: $19.55 - $21.81 per hour
