We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Utility Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day stockroom operations, including inventory handling, stocking, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products
- Pick and prepare items for production or shipping based on work orders
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Organize and restock shelves, bins, and storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom
- Assist other departments with material needs or transfers as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or stockroom experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.06 - $25.37 per hour
