Job Summary:
USave Shipping Center provides packing, shipping, printing and business service to local residents and businesses. USave Shipping Center is currently looking for a full-time store associate to assist customers in the store. Training will be provided prior to working with customers alone. USave Shipping Center is a highly rated business in Northeast Philadelphia, and we pride ourselves in providing first-class services to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers nicely and confidently
- Pack and ship packages
- Receive and sort letters and packages
- Copy, scan and fax documents
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Take Passport Photos
- Resolve customer's inquiry and answer question
- Other responsibilities if needed by the team member
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Able to speak Spanish
- Able to work 40-45 hours per week
- Can legally work in the US
- Able to lift up 50 pounds at times
- Prior experience in mailing companies or related areas preferred
Salary: Starting at $13/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
