Position: Store Crew Member (Cashier + Store Assistant Float)
Location: Spokane Valley, WA | In-Person
Starting Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Thursday-Sunday, 7:30am–7:30pm (4-day workweek)
Your Role Will Rotate Between:
Cashier
- Handle transactions quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area
- Square POS experience is a plus, but not required
Store Assistant
- Help customers open and inspect items
- Assist with loss prevention and enforce store policies
- Keep the store clean and customer-ready at all times
- Be ready to jump in and help multiple customers at once
What You’ll Need:
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and stay on your feet all day
- Comfortable handling cash and enforcing store policies
- Team player attitude with a willingness to hustle
- Confidence to handle fast-paced situations with grace
