- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with consistent hours for work-life balance.
- Pay Rate: Competitive, $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide detailed advice on products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Address customer questions regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions, including payments and returns, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Occasionally transport products to customers or other locations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish): Essential for effective communication with a diverse clientele.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in retail or sales environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license required for occasional deliveries or product transport.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
