Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and managing replenishment processes.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing, promotions, and product placement.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, training, and development of team members.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or store management is required.
- Strong background in retail sales with a focus on achieving results.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management practices and retail math concepts is essential.
- Ability to effectively negotiate with vendors and manage stock levels efficiently.
