**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store productivity and profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new team members
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in retail management with a strong background in customer service, sales, and store operations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in retail math and understanding of sales metrics
- Ability to develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Strong interviewing skills to build a high-performing team
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork, schedules, and reports
- Prior experience in store management or sales management is preferred
