Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Be an example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed

Pay:
- Commencing salary is $45,000 per year, supplemented by quarterly performance-based bonuses linked to store achievements.
- Entry-level managers can anticipate an initial annual compensation of approximately $57,500, with the potential for substantial growth for those demonstrating exceptional performance and commitment. Successful individuals who remain with the company over the long term have the opportunity to achieve annual earnings exceeding $90,000, inclusive of quarterly bonuses.
