Keva Juice in Northern Nevada is looking for a store manager to join our team for our newest location. Our managers embody the responsibility of providing feedback, coaching, and training within the Keva Juice organization. Managers take total ownership of running Keva Juice and can be counted on to run the day-to-day operations, train, and exceed customer expectations for your store.

Key Responsibilities
Training and Development:

*Train and develop all store team members. *Hiring *Ensure that new hires receive proper onboarding and ongoing training. *Help create a positive and productive learning environment.
Scheduling:
-
*Create and manage staff schedules. *Monitor labor costs and optimize scheduling to meet labor goals. *Make adjustments to schedules as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Inventory Management:
- Maintaining proper inventory levels.
Customer Service:
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.
Store Cleanliness:

*Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting appearance. *Oversee cleanliness standards and delegate tasks to the team as needed.
Qualifications:

*Previous retail experience, including supervisory or leadership roles. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills. *Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. *Proficiency in using inventory management systems and point-of-sale software. *Knowledge of customer service best practices. *Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. *Familiarity with company policies and guidelines (as outlined in the manager handbook).

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $21.00/hour.
