Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, ordering
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a well-run store environment.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience in stock management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory.
