We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and leading a team of employees to achieve store goals. Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products to ensure availability for customers.
- Conduct regular training development sessions for staff to enhance their skills in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and customers to foster a positive store environment.
