Salary: $45,000 + DOE plus quarterly bonuses

Physical Demands:
The physical demands outlined below are representative of those necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
· Continuously (66-100%): Use hands dexterously, talk or hear, prolonged periods of standing and working on the cash register or related equipment.
· Frequently (34-65%): Walk, sit, stoop/kneel/crouch, climb, lift up to 15 pounds.
· Occasionally (1-33%): Reach with hands and arms, balance, lift up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to engage in repetitive movements over extended periods.
· Some locations may require the ability to lift up to 40-pound propane tanks
· Occasional outdoor work in adverse weather or temperature conditions may be required.
Qualifications:
- Two years of previous retail management experience
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, kneeling, and bending etc.
- Strong work ethic

- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Self-motivation and decision-making skills are crucial
- Flexible availability and ability to respond to any incidents

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
