Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $25+/hour + performance bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations including sales, inventory, team schedule, and customer service
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to meet performance goals
- Ensure store cleanliness, operational SOP compliance, and excellent customer experience
- Monitor KPIs and implement local store marketing and promotional activities
- Serve as the core contact for store team management and performance growth
- Participate in regular HQ meetings and feedback loops for operational improvement
Requirements
- Experience as a store manager in food, beverage, or retail chains (bubble tea experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a growth mindset
- Open to working flexible schedules and visiting multiple store locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
