Fredrick's Hallmark Shoppes is a small chain of eight retail stores in Wisconsin - a family business operating for over 50 years. We are seeking a creative, passionate candidate to become our Store Manager for Fredrick’s Hallmark.
Store Manager Candidates should possess integrity and trustworthiness, a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, natural leadership and organizational abilities, and a drive for sales and excellent customer service.
*Basic Duties of Store Manager:*
-Improve the store’s sales productivity and profitability,
-Lead a team of Sales Associates by positive mentoring and example,
-Provide exceptional customer service,
-Recruit, hire, train, develop, motivate, and empower staff,
-Manage and control scheduling, payroll, inventory, loss prevention, markdowns,
-Utilize planning, organization, communication, and problem solving skills,
-Properly perform banking duties,
-Execute receiving and transfers of merchandise quickly and efficiently,
-Price, display, and sell merchandise.
*Qualifications*
Candidates should be able to:
-Use Windows-Based Software, Email, and Microsoft Office,
-Move Freely, Stand for long periods of time, and Lift up to 50 Pounds,
-Read, Write, and Verbally Communicate in English,
*Candidates with 2 years leadership experience in specialty retail preferred.
