Responsibilities

- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for products and services.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and inventory tracking.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with sales management principles and practices.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
