Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and service-driven Storefront Manager to lead the deli and prepared foods area of our local, high-end market. This is not just a management role—it’s an opportunity to shape the customer experience, champion local sourcing, and maintain an elevated standard of food and hospitality. Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role in a deli, specialty foods store, or upscale market.
- Deep knowledge of quality prepared foods, artisanal ingredients, and local sourcing.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and service excellence.
- Comfortable using modern POS systems, basic inventory software, and staff scheduling tools.
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualities:
- Culinary or hospitality background a strong plus.
- Passion for supporting local farms, producers, and sustainable practices.
- Energetic, self-directed, and solutions-oriented.
