The Role
As a Storm Restoration Sales Closer, you will close preset roofing inspection appointments and help homeowners with exterior remodeling projects like roofing, siding and solar. You will drive business through Storm Restoration solutions.
Your focus will be to drive business through Storm Restoration solutions. This means that you will meet with homeowners in areas affected by common storms (such as wind/hail), assess roof damage, and guide them through the storm restoration process. We often help homeowners save 90% or more off the cost of a roof.
The Responsibilities
- Qualify homeowners for our roofing and solar programs in storm-damaged areas
- Close preset inspection appointments and allow team members to shadow you as a part of their training
- Guide homeowners through the storm restoration process (assess roof damage, meet with the insurance professionals on-site, assist the homeowner in the claims process, and finalize the project contract
The Qualifications

- Experience: prior experience in storm restoration, roofing, solar, pest control, door-to-door, or outside sales roles is a plus

The Compensation
- Earnings Outlook: uncapped commissions – our closers will be setup to make $150,000 - $250,000+
