Job Description
MyOme is seeking a Strategic Commercial and Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our executive and commercial teams in a cross-functional, high-impact role. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in helping a mission-driven startup scale its operations, internal systems, and team culture.

The Strategic Operations and Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Commercial Operations and work closely with the CEO and Executive Team. The role blends internal operations, people experience coordination (including hiring and onboarding), event planning, and partnering with sales. This role also includes supporting the CEO and Executive team in administrative duties. This role is well-suited for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.

Location: Bay Area ideal and ability to be in office at least 2x per week; remote available for the right candidate and must be available for quarterly travel to support company events and meetings.
